OG Image Generator
The preview card is your page's handshake: on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp, the og:image decides whether anyone clicks. This generator produces proper 1200×630 cards with a live preview, auto-fitting titles that wrap and scale like a designer would set them, and your own background image when you have one.

Shown in the site's action blue, above the title.
The card is rendered on a canvas in your browser as you type. Your titles and images are never uploaded anywhere.
How to use the og image generator
- Type your page title; the preview updates as you go.
- Pick a background preset, or use your own image (a scrim keeps text readable).
- Optionally add a subtitle and a small accent label, like your domain.
- Download the 1200×630 PNG and reference it in your og:image meta tag.
Everything renders on a canvas in your browser. No template account, no watermark, no upload of your unreleased page titles to anyone's server.
Frequently asked questions
What size should an OG image be?
1200×630 pixels: the size every major platform accepts without cropping, and the size Slack, X, Facebook and LinkedIn render at full width. This tool exports exactly that, as PNG.
How do I use the image once I have it?
Upload it anywhere your page can reference it, then add two meta tags: <meta property="og:image" content="..."> and <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image">. The tag is the handshake; the image is what it shows.
Will my title text be cut off?
No. Titles wrap to up to three lines and the font automatically steps down until the text fits inside the safe area. If a single word is too long even at the smallest size, shorten it; very long URLs are the usual offender.
Can I use my own photo as the background?
Yes. Your image is cover-fitted to the card and a subtle dark gradient is laid over it, which keeps white text readable over any photo, bright or dark.
