By using ImgToolZone you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. The service is simple and so are the rules.

The service

ImgToolZone provides free image-processing tools that run in your web browser. Tools are provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Your content

• You keep all rights to your images. We never receive them (processing happens on your device), so they remain entirely yours.
• You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process.
• Do not use the tools to process content you have no legal right to process.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Automated scraping of the site beyond standard search-engine crawling is not permitted.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Processing results are automatic and may contain errors. Verify important results before use, especially for commercial work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgToolZone is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may change; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
